Public catalog ​

The public catalog shows text documents that the team published with an active public link. Guests can read them without signing in to ComplexQA. The catalog is a guest read surface, not the signed-in Documents workspace.

Steps ​

1. Open the public catalog URL published by the team or product (as shown in the app when sharing is available).
2. Browse documents that have an active public link.
3. Open a document to read it in the public view.

You see the public title and read-only body for documents that remain eligible. Documents without sharing, or with a blocked, revoked, or suspended link, do not appear as readable public pages.

Rules ​

• The catalog is not a substitute for project Documents inside the signed-in app.
• Search engines are not the intended discovery channel; public pages are marked noindex where the product applies that policy.
