Bug listing views ​

The project bug list shows the same records in four views. The table stays as it was. List, board, and matrix sit beside it.

Role: a team member who can see the project. Moving a board card and creating a bug require write access.

Steps ​

1. Open the project.
2. Open the bug list. The screen title is Bugs.
3. Choose the Opened or All tab. The count is visible immediately: Opened counts unresolved statuses OPEN, TRIAGE, IN_PROGRESS, ON_HOLD, REOPENED; All counts every bug in the project.
4. While the tab waits for data, list, board, and matrix are covered by a loading indicator. The Table view keeps the indicator on the table itself.
5. Switch the view: Table, List, Board, Matrix. Until a view is chosen, List opens. The last choice is stored in this browser for this listing, not separately per project.
6. Open View settings to change grouping, order, density, visible fields, swimlanes, or board column width. Go-to and preview cannot be hidden there. On Table, Table view settings lists Fields checkboxes for table columns. That choice overrides the default hidden columns.
7. Click Bug to create a bug. Groups and columns do not have their own create button.

Header ​

Above the tabs are three cards and a coverage meter. The cards count project bugs in statuses OPEN, IN_PROGRESS, and CLOSED. That is not the Opened tab count.

The meter shows how many project bugs have at least one test case link, and that share of all project bugs. The request returns numbers only, not listing rows.

List ​

A row shows the selected fields as chips. An empty field is not drawn.

Each row has a link to the bug page and a preview. The preview panel stacks the bug fields on one card, without tabs. Drag the left edge to change the width. The width is saved separately for list, board, and matrix.

Set grouping in View settings. Group by any bug attribute. Empty groups can be hidden.

Board ​

Columns are bug statuses. Drop a card on another column to save the new bug_status. Until the save finishes, the board is locked and a loading indicator covers it.

Swimlanes and column width are set in View settings. Width choices are the current width and larger steps. The base is 240. Saved values are 240, 312, 360, 432, and 480.

Matrix ​

The matrix is priority by severity and always uses unresolved bugs, including on the All tab. A zero cell shows a dash. A cell with a count lists those bugs under the grid. If nothing is selected, the first non-empty cell is selected from left to right, top to bottom.
