Members, roles, and domains
Team membership covers invites, roles, and verified domains for a team.
Role: team administrator for invites, role changes, and domain verification. Members without admin rights cannot change these settings.
Inviting a member
- Ask the person to register an account first.
- As administrator, open team Members.
- Invite their email address.
- They accept the invite and appear with status
ACCEPTED.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Team setup, invites, domains, custom properties |
| Member | Projects, cases, runs, bugs, and other write actions in the team |
Read-only (READONLY) | Browse team data without changing it |
Domains
Verified team domains are the starting domains for autotest runs. For autotest navigation a verified root covers its subdomains. URL inspect still needs the exact host.
- Open team domain settings.
- Add the host you will test.
- Complete verification as shown in the product.
- Use the verified domain in Autotest run creation.
