Fixes around test runs, documents, execution context, and everyday tables: deleting a result, “Not assigned” on selects, moving documents between folders, and no duplicate case in a run.

Added ​

• Drag and drop in the document tree - move a document or folder into another folder (same idea as cases in the suite tree). Details: Text documents.

Changed ​

• “Not assigned” on execution context selects - Browser, OS and the other axes, plus Protocol, can be cleared and saved. The server used to reject null. See Execution context.
• “Not assigned” on a test run result assignee - Assigned to on a result can be cleared, same as on a test case.
• Deleting a test run result - Delete on result details and the context menu on the test run details table actually remove the row.
• One case, one result in a run - adding a case that is already in the run does not create a second row. See Test runs.
• Deleting a test case from the project - its results are removed from existing runs (no leftover rows without a case).
• Bug listing tab counter - after create or delete, the count on the active tab updates immediately.
• Link dialogs - already linked test run results, execution contexts, and bugs show as checked (same as test cases). Linked-item tables refresh after you add a link.
• Go to in Screenshot Multi - the table button opens the run details page.
• Document tree - dropping onto the root (“all”) node puts the item at root instead of leaving it where it was.
• UI language - the selected locale is kept when you enter a team, instead of resetting to English.
• Profile - the Value column in settings tables stretches with the screen.
• Create custom property - after Create the dialog closes and does not reopen by itself.
• Test case details labels - Expected result, Preconditions, and Presteps are translated in the Russian locale.
• Rich-text line breaks - description blocks no longer insert a double blank gap between lines.
• Empty Field changes on activity event details - a single “no changes” message, without a second overlay caption.
• Empty select without a choice - closing the list without a value does not send an empty update to the server.
