Custom properties for the team: a slot catalog on the team page and values on test case and bug cards.

Added ​

• Slot catalog on the Custom properties tab (fifth tab on the team page). A team admin creates a slot, copies from the system catalog, or clones an existing one. Types: string, text, integer, date, URL, user, checkbox, dropdown, multi-select.
• Values on the card of a test case or bug - only catalog slots; empty slots stay visible. Cloning a case or bug copies filled values.
• User documentation - Custom properties.
• Slot cap by plan: 10 slots per team on the entry plan (personal), more on higher plans. Values on cards do not count. The feature is available on every plan.

Changed ​

• Team page tabs: Members, Activity, Total usage, Domains, Custom properties.
• No “Custom properties” item in the project left menu: the catalog lives under team management.
• A read-only member cannot change the catalog or values on the card (error -501). A regular member can fill values but cannot edit the catalog.
