Tags in ComplexQA: project tag catalog, attach tags to TMS entities, listing and details UX, and mass Add Tags from the table context menu.

Added ​

• Project tag catalog - create, edit, and delete tags in the project; optional clone from templates (system templates → project catalog; names that already exist are skipped).
• Colors - each tag has a color from the system palette; shown as a left bar on chips and in the catalog name cell.
• Attach to entities - tags on test case, bug, test run, test run result, test account, and text document (details chips + listing column).
• Limit - up to 10 tags per element; attach by selecting existing catalog tags only (no auto-create by free text).
• Mass Add Tags - on supported listings: select rows → context menu → Add Tags → choose tags to add without removing tags already on those rows (tag_relation/create_mass).
• Tag details - description and attributes; tabs with linked elements by type (read-only tables aligned with entity listings, working Go to).
• User documentation - Tags.

Changed ​

• Tag catalog listing shows name with color bar instead of a separate color text column.
• Bug listing no longer uses a top-bar “Tags for selection” action; mass tagging goes through the context menu only.
