- Text documents in the project - folder tree + table listing, Draft / Published / Archived status, author and timestamps; open details for editing.
- WYSIWYG editor (CKEditor 4) - headings, lists, links, formatting, colours, blockquote, code block, horizontal rule, fullscreen; Save and Save version (up to 15 versions retained).
- Images in documents - paste, drag-and-drop, picker from document files and project screenshots; limit 20 images per document.
- Version history - list, restore previous content from the versions dialog.
- Import / export - HTML, Markdown, and plain text (import replaces editor content).
- Public sharing - read-only guest link with optional password, expiry, and view limit; requires plan feature Text document public links.
- Public view - fullscreen read-only page, noindex; images work for guests via application proxy.
- Content moderation for public links - automated policy check; blocked links show Link (not published) until approved; guest Report button on public view.
- User documentation - Documents overview, Text documents, Public sharing.

- Document status values normalized to Draft, Published, Archived in the UI (consistent enum across API and tables).
- Utils and text document field labels expanded to the full product language set (11 locales) in table headers and enum filters.
- Screenshot Multi and util execution labels completed for all supported UI languages.
