Limits and access (2026–2027)

During the 2026–2027 period, Complex QA runs in open beta.

What this means for you

• No usage limits — create teams, projects, test cases, runs, and members without plan-based caps.
• Full feature access — everything documented in this site is available to every registered user and team.
• Beta status — the product is actively developed; behavior and UI may change. We focus on stability for core TMS workflows.

Teams and plans

Teams have fields such as team_status and price_id in the data model for future commercial plans. These are not enforced during the beta period. New teams are created with status APPROVED and full access.

After beta, plan limits may include caps on team admins per team and other resources. During beta you can assign unlimited team admins. See Team admin role.

Fair use

We expect normal professional use. Abuse (spam, automated scraping, attempts to break isolation between teams) may lead to account or team restrictions outside the standard limits policy.

After beta

Before the beta ends we will publish updated limits and pricing on complexqa.com. Existing workspaces will get notice before any limits apply.
